- Our physician practices will be closed Monday, September 11. This includes all locations of Memorial Family Medicine, Memorial Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine, Memorial Women’s Health, Memorial NeuroSpine, Memorial Advanced Surgery and Memorial ENT.
