Fairview Park Hospital recognized as Leapfrog "Straight A" hospital
Dublin, GA — Fairview Park Hospital is excited to announce it received a Leapfrog “A” Hospital Safety Grade for the Fall of 2025. The Leapfrog Group is an independent national nonprofit focused on patient safety. The group focuses on grading hospitals across America based off data proving whether or not hospitals are providing care that protects patients from harm during their time being treated. They, specifically, look at data capturing metrics associated with providing care to our patients from a holistic point of view.
“We are very excited to have received another A grade for hospital safety with the Leapfrog group”, commented Fairview Park Hospital President and CEO, Brad Griffin, FACHE. “We are now recognized as a “Straight A” hospital, which indicates a hospital has received an A rating for five grading periods consecutively. Fairview is very proud to have exceeded Straight A status by receiving an A rating, not just for the last five grading periods, but for the last eight. It shows great dedication to safe, quality care from our hospital leaders and frontline staff.”
Receiving high marks from Leapfrog is considered a great achievement in the healthcare industry because Leapfrog is a trusted organization that presents real metrics and statistics associated with a hospital’s safety ratings, patient outcomes, and overall quality of care. Having the ability to tout an A grade is a clear indication to healthcare professionals across the industry that a hospital pays very careful attention to the physical wellbeing and safety of patients.
